About Kiubo Dogs
In Spanish we sometimes affectionately say ¿Que hubo?—meaning What’s up?—to greet our loved ones. Or as we like to say here, Kiubo. Kiubo Dogs was inspired by our Mexican roots and the colorful flavors of growing up along the South Texas border. We aim to offer (really) good food and the simple joy of a good conversation over a casual bite.
